The Applications are private tools used solely by the owner of the Google account that authorises them. They are not distributed, licensed, sold or offered as a service to any other person, and access is not granted to anyone else.
The Applications are used to read, summarise, draft and send email, to read and manage files, and to read or create calendar events — strictly on the owner's own account and instruction. They must not be used to access any account without authorisation, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or for any unlawful purpose.
The Applications are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The owner accepts that automated processing may produce inaccurate summaries or drafts and reviews any outbound message before it is sent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Applications.
The Applications use Google APIs and are subject to Google's terms, including the Google API Services User Data Policy. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
